How Two Therapists Walked Into a Podcast-and Invited You In

This podcast was born out of paragraph-long texts, deep friendship, and a shared frustration with how sanitized the conversation around healing can be. We wanted something more honest. More human. Less performed.

Every episode is a real conversation — rooted in nervous system science, soul wisdom, and the lived experience of doing this work and living this life. For therapists, for healers, for anyone who has ever felt like they were too much and not enough at the same time.

Meet the Hosts

Robin is a trauma therapist, avid gardener, nervous system nerd, witchy intuitive soul, and mom to a family she loves fiercely.

Based in Tucson, Arizona, she offers a safe, individualized space where healing unfolds at each person's own pace — blending practical neuroscience with soulful wisdom.

Robin brings warmth, realness, and deep curiosity to every conversation, believing that true healing honors who you are, not who you think you’re supposed to be.

Stephanie is a licensed clinical social worker, dog lover, mom to some deeply loved humans, and passionate advocate for real, lasting growth.

Known for her humor, honesty, and steady presence, she offers a rare blend of warmth and gentle challenge — helping others show up fully and bravely.

Grounded in authenticity, resilience, and compassion, Stephanie brings heart and realness to every conversation, honoring the messy, meaningful work of healing.

Between the two of us — as therapists, friends, and moms — we know healing rarely follows a straight line.

It lives in the in-between moments, the honest conversations, and the quiet work of showing up for yourself.

We hope these conversations offer something real to lean on whenever you need it.
