With over 15 years of experience working with individuals who have faced deep emotional challenges, I understand how complex life can be—especially for those who have carried trauma or felt out of place for much of their lives. During those difficult times, having someone walk alongside you can make all the difference.
I am committed to being a steady, compassionate guide for you. In our sessions, you are the expert of your own experiences, and I will provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore deeply, without fear of judgment. Together, we'll untangle the stories that have held you back—whether it's self-doubt, fear from past experiences, or limiting beliefs—and help you build a sense of trust in yourself.

About Me
I didn’t always know I’d become a therapist.
But my life—and my own healing—led me here.
I know firsthand how trauma shapes us. How it lingers in the nervous system, shaping our patterns, our relationships, and our sense of safety. I also know the quiet, powerful transformation that becomes possible when healing is met with compassion and support.

In our sessions, you’ll find a space that’s steady, supportive, and attuned to your nervous system. I focus on safety, openness, and care that’s tailored to you—because healing isn’t one-size-fits-all, and neither are you.
My approach blends body-based and evidence-informed therapies that recognize the connection between what you feel, what you’ve lived through, and how your body holds it. I draw from somatic psychotherapy, neuroscience, and trauma-informed practices to support regulation, deepen self-trust, and gently shift long-held patterns.
