My focus is on trauma recovery, where I utilize a mix of established and innovative therapeutic methods, all tailored to your individual needs.

My aim goes beyond alleviating symptoms. I strive to foster resilience, increase self-awareness, and promote personal growth- a comprehensive approach, looking at your emotional, mental, and physical well-being.

I am certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Eye-Movement Desensitization ReProcessing (EMDR).
