How Two Therapists Walked Into a Podcast — and Invited You In

Two Therapists Walk Into a Podcast was born through paragraph-long texts, deep friendship, and a shared belief that healing deserves more honesty — and a lot more heart.

We're two trauma therapists who know that healing isn’t about perfection. It's about staying curious, connected, and compassionate — even when the road feels messy.

Every week, we bring you real conversations rooted in nervous system science, soul wisdom, and the lived experience of what it means to grow.

Whether you're a therapist, a healer, or simply someone who’s learning to befriend yourself, you belong here.

Healing isn’t linear — and neither are we. Welcome to the ride.

Meet the Hosts

Robin is a trauma therapist, avid gardener, nervous system nerd, witchy intuitive soul, and mom to a family she loves fiercely.

Based in Tucson, Arizona, she offers a safe, individualized space where healing unfolds at each person's own pace — blending practical neuroscience with soulful wisdom.

Robin brings warmth, realness, and deep curiosity to every conversation, believing that true healing honors who you are, not who you think you’re supposed to be.

Stephanie is a licensed clinical social worker, dog lover, mom to some deeply loved humans, and passionate advocate for real, lasting growth.

Known for her humor, honesty, and steady presence, she offers a rare blend of warmth and gentle challenge — helping others show up fully and bravely.

Grounded in authenticity, resilience, and compassion, Stephanie brings heart and realness to every conversation, honoring the messy, meaningful work of healing.

Between the two of us — as therapists, friends, and moms — we know healing rarely follows a straight line.

It lives in the in-between moments, the honest conversations, and the quiet work of showing up for yourself.

We hope these conversations offer something real to lean on — whenever you need it.
